As a crucial European Member State with long-standing expertise in energy and infrastructure and a political drive to support startups, France is uniquely positioned to host a thriving CDR industry and support carbon removals in Europe and beyond.

The launch of AFEN brings us a step closer to our goal of making the European Union the world leader in carbon elimination. With DVNE in Germany and AFEN in France, Europe's two largest economies now have platforms dedicated to carbon elimination.
